here's some more photos from the June 2006 expedition. Cute Yudi is doing her chores - mopping the kitchen. This is the expedition that painted the sunflowers on the kitchen wall. You can see the wall behind her is still bare.
The brick brigade. We had to move a huge stack of adobe bricks from one end to the other to start building the bathrooms. You can see the area between the boys dorm (on the left) and the girls dorm (on the right). The area between them is where the bathrooms are now.
